My journey as a massage therapist started with an interest in anatomy and physiology. I completed a VTCT course in anatomy and physiology which then led me to complete a holistic massage qualification. This gave me a desire to learn more about the body systems and the effects of movement and injury on the musculoskeletal system, so from here I studied Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy, Injury Prevention and Treatments. To give myself a further understanding of the body functions I studied and gained a distinction in a certificate of higher education for subjects allied to medicine (Biology & Chemistry)
I have a keen interest in this subject and I know that I will keep on studying and updating my skills so that I can offer the best treatments I can to my clients.
